The GSM back-up undertakes the supervision of the presence of the PSTN telephone line.

In case of a line cut, the module takes automatically over, guaranteeing the alarm
transmission via the GSM network. The GSM back-up operates within the 45 seconds following the detection of an absence of telephone line and secures the installation under any circomstances.

Security in case of the absence of the telephone line

The GSM back-up can be used as a GSM transmitter on installations with no
telephone line.
